Our Pro-Lawn Service includes 3 important ingredients to enjoy a healthy lawn:
Heat Resistance, Bug Resistance, and Weed Resistance.

• Heat Resistance creates the ability to water less and save on your water bill and still avoid burning your lawn from the extreme temperatures that dries out your lawn and turns your lawn light brown.
• Bug Resistance creates the barrier that your lawn needs to prevent bill bugs from eating the roots of your lawn which causes it also to turn light brown and makes it easy to pull up out of the soil because of the lack roots the turf has.
• Weed Resistance prevents weeds from stealing the nutrients and water from the soil. It also makes the lawn look a lot more uniformed and deep green.

We achieve this by applying 4 applications of the following: fertilizers formulated to meet the needs of the lawn during the appropriate time of the season, broad leaf weed control, and pesticide. You will enjoy the pleasant appearance of the lawn and save money on the materials and water that you once used to maintain the lawn your self.

This prepaid service is only $200, if you choose to pay as you go it is $65 a treatment. If you would like to add an aeration, which we encourage you to do in the spring and in the fall; it will be an additional $25 per treatment.
